HAMILUTEEB Affiliate Program Terms & Policies

These Affiliate Program Terms & Policies (“Terms”) govern participation in the HAMILUTEEB affiliate program operated by HAMILUTEEB.

By applying to or participating in the affiliate program, each affiliate agrees to comply with these Terms. Participation in the program constitutes full acceptance of all applicable policies, operating rules, and future updates issued by HAMILUTEEB.

HAMILUTEEB reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms at its sole discretion.

1. Program Overview

The HAMILUTEEB affiliate program allows approved individuals, creators, publishers, and partners to promote HAMILUTEEB products through approved referral channels and earn commissions on qualifying purchases generated through their referrals.

The program is intended for affiliates whose promotional methods align with HAMILUTEEB’s brand standards, customer experience expectations, and premium positioning. HAMILUTEEB may accept or decline any applicant based on business suitability, promotional quality, or brand compatibility.

Participation is non-exclusive and may be revoked at any time.

2. Affiliate Approval

All applications are reviewed manually.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

HAMILUTEEB reserves the right to:

  • Approve any applicant,

  • Reject any applicant,

  • Request additional information,

  • Suspend review,

  • Revoke participation at any stage.

Approval may be denied where an applicant’s platform, audience, promotional style, or content quality does not align with brand requirements.

Affiliates must provide accurate application information. False information may result in rejection or termination.

3. Qualifying Orders

A commission is earned only on qualifying orders.

A qualifying order is an order that satisfies all of the following conditions:

A. Valid referral source

The purchase must be completed through one of the following approved attribution methods:

  • An active HAMILUTEEB affiliate referral link assigned to the affiliate; or

  • An officially issued affiliate campaign code assigned to the affiliate.

If a purchase cannot be attributed to an approved referral source, it will not qualify for commission.

B. Successful delivery

The order must be delivered successfully to the customer.

An order is not considered qualified at the time of placement, payment, or dispatch.

Only completed deliveries qualify.

C. Holding period completion

All delivered orders are subject to a 7-day holding period.

The holding period begins after confirmed delivery.

During this period, the order remains under verification.

Only after the holding period is completed will the commission become approved for payout.

D. Order validity

The order must remain valid and complete, meaning it must not:

  • be cancelled,

  • be refused,

  • be returned,

  • be refunded,

  • be disputed,

  • be identified as fraudulent,

  • be identified as duplicated or manipulated.

Only orders satisfying all of the above conditions are treated as qualifying orders.

4. Commission Structure

Approved affiliates earn commission based on successful qualifying orders.

Standard Commission

The standard affiliate commission is:

  • 10% of net qualifying order value

Net qualifying order value refers to the final accepted purchase amount after discounts, order adjustments, and applicable deductions.

Special Commission Rates

HAMILUTEEB may designate certain products, campaigns, or selected offers for enhanced commission.

These may carry rates up to:

  • 15% of net qualifying order value

Special rates may be temporary, campaign-specific, or product-specific.

HAMILUTEEB may modify or remove enhanced commission offers at any time.

5. Commission Attribution

HAMILUTEEB uses source-based referral attribution.

The program does not apply a fixed cookie duration.

Commission is assigned only when the qualifying order is directly linked to the affiliate’s active referral source at the time of purchase.

This means:

  • Each purchase is evaluated individually.

  • The attribution applies only to the source used on that specific purchase.

  • Previous referrals do not create permanent commission ownership.

Repeat Customer Policy

If a referred customer places additional future orders through the same affiliate’s referral link or valid code, those orders may qualify for commission again.

However, if the customer returns later and purchases through another source, including:

  • direct website access,

  • paid advertising,

  • search traffic,

  • another affiliate,

  • independent checkout,

The previous affiliate will not receive commission.

Commission is tied to the active source used at the moment of each completed purchase.

6. Commission Payment

Affiliate payouts are processed twice monthly.

Payment eligibility requires both:

  • minimum payout threshold met,

  • approved qualifying commissions cleared.

Minimum Payout Threshold

Minimum payable balance:

  • PKR 5,000

Balances below this threshold remain in account balance until the threshold is reached.

Payout Cycle

HAMILUTEEB processes payouts on the following operational schedule:

Cycle One

Approved commissions between:

  • 1st to 5th of each month

Cycle Two

Approved commissions between:

  • 25th to 30th/31st of each month

Payout dates may vary slightly based on operational processing.

7. Returns, Refunds & Reversals

Commission is paid only on completed retained sales.

No commission is earned on any order that is:

  • cancelled,

  • refused by the customer,

  • returned,

  • refunded,

  • failed delivery,

  • fraudulent,

  • duplicate,

  • abusive,

  • under investigation.

If an order becomes invalid before payout, the associated commission will be removed automatically.

If a return or refund occurs during the 8-day holding period, the commission is cancelled.

8. Prohibited Promotion Practices

Affiliates must use lawful, transparent, and brand-appropriate promotion methods.

The following are prohibited:

  • fake traffic,

  • bot traffic,

  • incentivised fake purchases,

  • traffic manipulation,

  • fraudulent clicks,

  • misleading redirects,

  • spam messages,

  • unsolicited mass messaging,

  • deceptive affiliate practices,

  • impersonation,

  • fabricated purchase intent.

Any such activity may result in immediate termination.

9. Self-Referral Restrictions

Affiliates may not generate commissions through self-purchases.

This includes:

  • using their own affiliate links,

  • using their own referral codes,

  • asking others to place purchases on their behalf,

  • creating indirect self-benefiting purchases,

  • any attempt to manipulate self-attribution.

Self-referred orders are invalid.

Repeated abuse may result in permanent removal.

10. Brand Representation Standards

Affiliates act as external brand representatives.

All promotional content must preserve HAMILUTEEB’s premium identity and positioning.

Affiliates may not:

  • Describe HAMILUTEEB as a clone brand,

  • market products as dupes,

  • present products as imitations,

  • publish false comparisons,

  • misrepresent ingredients,

  • exaggerate product characteristics,

  • use fake testimonials,

  • create fabricated customer reviews,

  • publish inaccurate product claims.

Accuracy is required in all promotions.

11. Promotional Quality Requirements

HAMILUTEEB does not permit low-standard promotional practices.

Affiliates may not use:

  • excessive discount-focused marketing,

  • bargain-style promotion,

  • coupon spam,

  • clickbait advertising,

  • misleading scarcity,

  • countdown manipulation,

  • false urgency,

  • low-quality advertisements,

  • misleading offer language.

All promotions must remain consistent with premium brand standards.

12. Brand Assets

Approved affiliates may use selected brand assets only for authorised promotional purposes.

These may include:

  • logos,

  • approved product imagery,

  • official descriptions,

  • campaign visuals,

  • approved product media.

Affiliates may not:

  • alter logos,

  • recolor branding,

  • distort product images,

  • redesign packaging visuals,

  • modify identity elements,

  • create unauthorised materials.

All intellectual property remains owned by HAMILUTEEB.

13. Termination

HAMILUTEEB may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time.

Grounds may include:

  • policy violations,

  • fraud,

  • abusive promotion,

  • self-referral,

  • spam,

  • low-quality brand representation,

  • misuse of assets,

  • conduct harming the brand.

Termination may result in cancellation of pending unpaid commissions.

14. Policy Updates

HAMILUTEEB may update these Terms at any time.

Updates may include:

  • commission rates,

  • payout schedules,

  • eligibility rules,

  • prohibited practices,

  • operational procedures.

Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

15. Final Authority

All decisions regarding:

  • order qualification,

  • commission approval,

  • attribution,

  • reversals,

  • account eligibility,

  • policy interpretation

remain solely with HAMILUTEEB.

All determinations made by HAMILUTEEB are final.
